This is the password recovery process.

If you forgot your password, click the "Sign In" button and then "Forgot?" from the sign in screen.
Make sure the email is the same on file at the medical practice, check the "I'm not a robot" box > click "Continue".
If you don't receive the email right away, check your spam or junk folder. It is coming from
support@MyProviderLink.com via sendgrid.net.
Enter the verification code that you received in your email and click "Continue".
For added security, you will need to enter your account number from the practice and click continue. You can
find your account number from the paper bill your received in the mail, or you can get it from your medical provider's office.
Enter and confirm the new password and click "Continue"
Password must be 6-15 characters long.
Password is now reset and you can sign in with your new password.
For added security, you will also receive an email as notification that your password has been changed.
