How to Make a Payment Without an Account (Guest Pay)

Overview

Instructions for paying your medical bill online as a guest on MyProviderLink.com.  This means that you can make a payment without creating an account.

This can be done from a mailed paper statement or an eBill notice sent by text message or email.

Guest Pay From Mail, Text, Or Email

Guest Pay from Mailed Paper Statement

At the top of the mailed statement, there are field that will help you make a guest payment:
  1. Account Number
  2. Form ID
  3. Link to www.myproviderlink.com


From the MyProviderLink.com home page, click Guest Pay.

Type in the Account Number and Form ID from your bill and click "Continue".


Guest Pay from Text Message or Email

Below are samples of eBill Notices that are sent via email or text.  Click "View Bill" in the email, or click the link in the text to go to the MyProviderLink.com Home Page.



When you use an email or text to access MyProviderLink.com, the Account Number and Form ID are embedded so when you click the Guest Pay button, it will automatically sign you into the payment screen.

Enter Payment Information

Whether you came from a mailed paper statement, text message, or email, the payment process is the same.

There are five major sections of the "Make a One-Time Payment Today" screen (described below):


Section 1: Payment Instructions

  1. Payer Name and contact information are populated from your medical office's database
  2. Add or edit contact information here for the option to receive eBill Notices via text message or email

Section 2: Bill Delivery Preferences

  1. Choose how you would like to receive medical bills from this service provider

Section 3: Payment Information

  1. Select the amount to pay now - either the total amount due or enter a custom amount

Section 4: Choose Payment Method

  1. Select Credit Card to open Section 5 and enter credit card information
  2. Select Check and enter bank Account and Routing Number

Section 5: Enter CC, Captcha, and Submit Payment

  1. Enter credit card information
  2. Check box for reCAPTCHA
  3. Click "Submit" and your payment will be sent directly to your medical provider

If your email address is in BillFlash, you will receive a payment confirmation email.

You can also click "Print Confirmation" to print a receipt.
