How to Create a MyProviderLink Account From an Email or Text eBill Notice

How to Create a MyProviderLink Account From an Email or Text eBill Notice

Overview

You can create a MyProviderLink.com account either from a paper bill you receive in the mail, or from an eBill Notice that you receive via text or email.  This article covers how to create the account from an email or text message.

eBill Notice - Email or Text Message

Whether you receive an eBill Notice via email or text message, the process to create a MyProviderLink account is the same.  The first step is to click on the button or link from your email or text message.

Clicking on the above button or link will take you directly to www.MyProviderLink.com and will later auto populate your account number and Form ID.
If you navigate to www.MyProviderLink.com without clicking on the button or link, then the account number and Form ID will not auto populate during the account Sign Up process.

MyProviderLink automatically recognizes your account status from the link that you clicked on, which means:
  1. If you have not yet created an account, then your two button options will be "Sign Up" and "Guest Pay"
  2. If you already have an account, then your two button options will be "Sign In" and "Guest Pay"
If you have the "Sign In" option, but do not remember your password, click "Sign In" and then "Forgot" to recover your password.

If you already have an account plus you've saved a credit card on file, there will be a 3rd button - "1-Click Pay" - to make your payment experience even easier!

Click the "Sign Up" button to start the account creation process.

Complete the Sign Up page information.  Your account number and Form ID should be automatically populated for you.
Password must be 6 - 15 characters

You can also set your Bill Delivery Preferences.  Want to receive your bill via mail, email and text? Simply select "Yes" for all three.
You shouldn't need your account number or Form ID to create an account from an email or text message as they are auto-populated during the account creation process.  If the fields are not populated, please reach out to your practice and they should be able to find this information by looking at a copy of your eBill.
